Starting MAR desktop Beamline and Initializing Sample Changer
- Remove your crystal from goniometer head. Initialization will move Z axis and cryo stream slightly and that could ruin your crystal.
- Quit marccd

Turn off MAR DTB by using the switch and wait 60 seconds

Turn on MAR DTB

After 60 seconds the DTB remote control will appear like this with 6 red lights on

At this point you need start marccd

Select the tab Sample Changer
Click on Initialize and you will get the following message:
Perform
the required checks and then click on Initialize.
After
a minute or so the DTB remote control will appear like this with all red lights
on:
At this point initialization is complete.
